General News World in Conflict 1 vs 1 Online Tournament

The Multiplay World in Conflict community has announced the launch of their first online tournament. This will be a 16 player 1vs1 knockout event. The rules are based on those used at the i-series, so will be familiar to anyone who has played in our WiC tournament at the events.

To sign up for the tournament you will need an account on the Multiplay website (this is the same account you use to sign up for the i-series). If you already have an account simply go to http://tournaments.multiplay.co.uk/signup/ and you’re away!

Signups are now open and will close on the 8th May.

\o/ Multiplay Unreal UT3 Warfare 5v5 Cup Launched! \o/

General Setup is:
    Each match consists of one map, Each map consists of 2 x 10 minute rounds, each team plays both sides (blue and red). The amount of health of your core is shown at the top middle of your screen, known as Core Value (strength). For team games - both teams pick their colour on the map chosen by their opponent. For 1on1 this does not apply. The winner is decided by adding up the Core values of all rounds played.
  • The map pool will be Downtown, Floodgate, Torlan, Serenity and Tank Crossing.

Commentary will be provided by QuadV

-Only one tournament option to click change it to "Entered"
-Select your team or add a new team if yours is not listed.

General Setup is:

  • 2x 15 Min. Games, Highest frag count wins the match!
  • Latest Server Patch + UT Custom - Installed.
  • Power Ups on (no use of the amp)
  • DM-BioHazard, DM-Deck, DM-Diesel, DM-Fearless, DM-Gateway, DM-HeatRay, DM-RisingSun, DM-Sentinel, DM-ShangriLa,
  • No Custom Maps
  • Servers will be provided or you can use your own one if it pings better (unlikely )
